San Francisco and 75 Degrees

We got up shortly after 5:30 a.m.to wish Tyler a happy birthday before he and Mary headed out to work and school about an hour later. Today is cast day so we'll soon know what colors Tyler has chosen to protect the broken arm.
The temperature was already high at 9 a.m. We had beautiful views for the entire drive here, relatively smogfeee. Stopped for cashews and almonds at Casa de Fruta and came into San Francisco on 280, which turns into Embarcadero. Found our hotel with little difficulty.
The weather is unseasonably warm and the Christmas tree on Fisherman's Wharf seems odd, and definitely out of season. Leaving the hotel in a few minutes to enjoy the rest of this glorious afternoon.
